The Issue

They came to Expose with a low ROI on their ad spend and were looking for an experienced/specialized digital agency to not only improve this, but introduce the brand to new audiences.

Our Objectives

We wanted to understand their existing clients, to see their best audiences and what attracts brand loyalty. To then work in a new strategy for new audiences that would increase their ROI.

Our Process

To understand the scope, we undertook a digital audit of their website, assets and sales history to form a strategy. We then worked with the base audience that Harlow currently had to create a lookalike audience to target other women in Australia that would be interested. Using a combination of video and slideshow based ads to engage this cold audience we were able to warm them to Harlow. Finally ensuring that we were analysing the data and past sales to monitor results and tweak the campaign accordingly. 

The Results

The approach proved positive with an ROI of 400% after marketing to a brand new audience. In the long run, every dollar spent in 2018 turned into at least $10 in revenue. Releasing new products then began to pick up and overall Harlow has been kicking goals since the initial campaign.
